City of Bainbridge Island
The City of Bainbridge Island led the effort to design and develop an energy-efficiency program for Bainbridge Island which includes residential, commercial and municipal buildings. Between 2009 and 2010, the City was awarded nearly $5 million in energy-efficiency grants from the U.S. Department of Energy and Washington State Department of Commerce. To ensure the success of RePower Bainbridge, the City works with other local and national partners. |
